Who we are
AccuTune Offroad was founded with a single mission: deliver the best possible suspension performance by combining premium components with precision custom tuning. Since 2001, we've been perfecting that formula — developing proprietary tuning methods, testing on the most demanding terrain in the world, and building a reputation as the specialist that enthusiasts trust when they want to get suspension right.
We operate out of San Diego for a reason. Within a two-hour radius, we have access to technical desert terrain, rock crawling, high-speed desert running, paved mountain roads, and daily commuting conditions. Our tuning data reflects all of it.
Our proprietary AccuTune Equations methodology has been refined across thousands of builds since 2001. Our Double Flutter Stack shim configuration is the result of more than two decades of testing, iteration, and real-world feedback. Our Jeep JL 2.5 Coilover Kit was developed using actual OEM chassis data — a level of engineering investment that most aftermarket suspension companies never pursue.
We've tested at the OEM Toyota Proving Grounds. We've spent weeks on the Ford Bronco platform before releasing our kits. We don't ship what we haven't validated.
Every person at AccuTune is a suspension enthusiast. We drive what we build and stand behind every tune that leaves our shop.
