On-Site Shock Tuning
AccuTune Offroad shock tuning sessions are designed for those who want to get the most out of their high performance suspension. We tune Fox, King, and Ride Shocks for everything from Ultra4 cars, prerunners, and trophy trucks to dedicated off road trail rigs.
Whether you're chasing high speed performance through whoops, crawling over rocks, or exploring technical trails, our experienced shock tuners can fine tune your suspension around your vehicle, setup, and driving style.
These on site tuning sessions are focused primarily on pure off road performance and are not recommended for primarily street driven vehicles. Comfortable street driving is not the goal of these sessions. Our tuning is focused on maximizing suspension performance in the terrain and conditions your vehicle was built to handle.
A tuning session gives you the opportunity to work directly with a professional shock tuner and make adjustments based on real world performance. This is one of the best ways to dial in a custom suspension setup and get the performance you're looking for.
Tuning sessions are typically held in Johnson Valley or Barstow, with other locations available by request.
What to Expect
Plan for a full day in the desert removing, installing, and testing shocks. The faster you can remove and reinstall your shocks, the more time we have to make tuning adjustments. We will revalve your shocks as many times as needed throughout the day to get them working properly. Tuning ends at sunset.
• If your shocks have never been professionally tuned, you can expect noticeable improvements. High performance shocks are designed to be tuned, and the right valving can dramatically improve how your vehicle performs and handles off road.
• AccuTune Offroad currently tunes Fox, King, and Ride coilovers, bypass shocks, and remote reservoir shocks.
• AccuTune does not currently offer tuning services for UTVs.
Cost: $750
• $750 is the price per vehicle when participating in a group of three or more vehicles.
• Additional tuning is $25 per shock. Air bumps are not included.
• Receive 25% off the tuning session if all shocks were purchased from AccuTune Offroad.
• Solo tuning sessions are available upon request.
• IBP coilovers require a solo tuning session.
