Compression Adjusters offer you the ability to adjust the shock for your preferences, different terrain, and changing amounts of weight. But simply adding an adjuster to an existing shock tune may not give you the performance you need. Compression adjusters only increase damping force (never decrease force from main valving), have a limited adjustment range, and also change how the shock functions. Internal Bypass shocks are complicated and more difficult to tune than an external bypass shocks. For these reasons we recommend pairing them with an external low speed compression adjuster and AccuTune valving. This combination allows you to have an internal tune which puts the external adjuster in the useable range, giving you external control of the performance. We can valve your shocks correctly, and to help you make the external adjustments necessary to deliver the performance you want.

External Bypass shocks are often paired with a coilover and each one serves a special purpose in order to deliver the best comfort and control. With AccuTune equations we can build the perfect damping curve and distribute the valving between the coilover and bypass so you get the most out of both.
