Wrangler JK/JKUR Steering Stabilizers

The Wrangler JK/JKUR's steering stabilizer smooths out bump-steer and kickback, especially once larger tires and a lift are in the mix. It's worth being clear about what a stabilizer actually fixes: it damps oscillation in the steering system rather than correcting the worn track bar ends, tie rod ends, or ball joints that usually cause the shake in the first place, which is why death wobble can return after a stabilizer alone if the underlying cause was never addressed.

Larger tires increase the leverage every one of those components is working against, which is exactly why a stabilizer that felt unnecessary on a stock setup often becomes worthwhile once tire size and ride height both change.
