Total Chaos Expedition Series Lower Control Arms, 2025+ 4Runner, 24+ Land Cruiser 250
Factory ball joints and rubber bushings wear out over time, leading to sloppy steering, uneven tire wear, and reduced handling performance. Since Toyota does not sell replacement bushings or ball joints for the OEM lower control arms, the entire assembly typically must be replaced.
These upgraded LCAs are a 100% bolt-on solution, featuring a 1″ stainless steel uniball for increased strength and urethane bushings for improved steering response and off-road handling. Reduced bushing deflection results in more precise steering control at higher speeds, both on and off the trail.
Hand-crafted from 4130 chromoly and fully rebuildable, these lower control arms offer significantly greater durability and performance compared to the stock components.
-Light weight. Maximum ground clearance compared to stock units. Fully rebuildable. 100% Bolt-on.Increased caster added. Lower uniball moved forward 1/4 inch for better overall handling.
-Billet CNC machined uniball cup houses a 1 inch 100% stainless steel uniball that upgrades the factory ball joints for greater articulation and strength.
-Integrated steering stop tabs retain factory turning angles.
-Urethane pivot bushings reduce deflection compared to a rubber bushing offering a tighter steering feel. Zerk fittings allow for easy maintenance.
-4130 chromoly laser cut plates are fully boxed and include internal gussets.Recessed jack point integrated into arm bottom plate.
-Single shock capability while retaining factory sway bar mounting location.
-Three stage powder coat includes a durable clear coat.
